A clearer journey.

Requesting and confirming a ride

An online request is not a reservation. Dispatch must confirm availability, assistance requirements, pickup time, and payment arrangements. Recurring requests and return rides also require confirmation. All times in the portal are Milwaukee time (Central).

Service area and scheduling

Apex is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Call to confirm your route.

Call to confirm hours and availability.

Request as early as possible. Dispatch confirms availability.

Changes and cancellations

Contact dispatch as soon as plans change. Any applicable charges are explained before booking.

A change, cancellation, or “ready for pickup” message is a request for dispatch to act. It does not automatically change or cancel a confirmed trip. Call for urgent changes.

Fares and payment

Confirm your fare and payment arrangements before travel. Insurance or broker authorization must be verified for each trip.

Accepting a private-pay quote does not charge your card or confirm a ride. Online payments are not enabled. Call dispatch for payment methods and receipts. No insurance, Medicaid, or broker coverage is assumed.

Assistance, companions, and accessibility

Tell dispatch about mobility aids, wheelchair needs, companions, and assistance before booking. Requested vehicle types and assistance are subject to confirmation. Use the language selector in the portal, or call for help completing a request.

Non-emergency service

Apex provides scheduled transportation, not emergency medical care or ambulance service. In a medical emergency, call 911.
